)

Thanks for your always-appreciated opinions ladies!

I love #1

I conquer, #1 is the way to go.
The other two look kind of HS beauty pageant.

Scintillating...

opps - sorry

I agree--go for #1! I think the swirls in the tiara coordinate nicely w/ the embellishment on your dress, which I adore, btw! You look just fabulous in your dress--congrats on your weight loss! I love the bustling idea as well. Divine!

What a great thread! I love tiaras. They''re like sparkly halos! Do you plan to wear yours after the wedding...around the house & such? I know I''ll wear mine after the wedding!

I love tiara #1. I think it matches the detailing on your dress perfectly!!

i like #1
....and #3

would you mind if i posted them here with your dress?

I like bot #1 and #3.. Something about two I don''t like.. I think its the tear dropy thing in the middle. #3 looks a lot like mine so that is why I like it!

Thanks ladies, seems to be no clear consensus so far...I really wish I could find one that is more art deco/vintage-looking but not super-expensive. Any suggestions?

Belle - its fine if you post the pics here...

have you tried ebay? there are a lot to go through, but maybe you could find something...

I like the tiara''s on this website, some look vintagey...but not sure if they have the art deco feel you are going for...

Well, I''m not sure any of those would make me thinkg ''deco''...maybe number two, because deco makes me think sleek & simple lines?

I think number #1 would look very nice...the pattern echos the embroidery on the dress.

this is an art-deco vintage pin though~

What about this one? It''s on my personal short list.

I'm sure you'll fine something beautiful to match that INSANELY gorgeous dress!
WOW! $400 seems like a lot for a tiara.

I think you're looking for something more Edwardian or Art Nouveau (organic/flowing/ornate) than Deco. - Deco is characterized by very geometric designs. (which can get quite ornate.)

I was an Art History major, I'm obnoxious I know.

Have you looked at BrideSave?

Scintillating...

I like #1 out of the 3, but none of them looks vintage to me.

Here''s my tiara I got for $20.75 including S&H. It''s very pretty in person, and I think it might works with your dress.

Ooh...qtiekeki - that is SO PRETTY!!! Where did you get that - I MUST look!

Personally, I like #2. The elongated stone in the center looks really nice. And you don''t want your hair jewelry to be too overpowering. I also think it would go great with my dress- I have a pattern similar to your embroidery (although mine is done with rhinestones). Where did you get these?

Thank you so much for the info

I hope you won''t think I''m a copycat if I buy the same one
