Help me decide between these two beautiful diamonds

I've finalized my decision to two diamonds. The diamond would be set in a 18k yellow gold knife edge ring.

They basically look the same to me. I think I would be selecting the company I believe would offer the best customer service and the best price. Does anyone have any suggestion on which one I should choose?

I have been noticing quite often labs (GIA and AGS as I rarely look at other labs) are missing graining (one of my least favourite inclusion catagories.
The first stone clearly has a fair bit of it.
