I like the first one the best, just going from these pics.

ditto. the proportions just seem better. like the golden rectangle or something.

I like one and three the best..two just seems like odd proportions...but do you have any style ideas for the ring? Will it have side stones? Solitare?

Wooo thank you! I too love #1... I am thinking of diamond or clear sapphire side stones. :)

I would have thought BE treated sapphires were a little less pricey. Maybe i've been out of the loop for pricing on these things though.

I like # 3

Woo, i have no idea... I am really new to sapphires :)

Sounds beautimous woo!

I like 1 and 3. Beautiful!!

I like #1 and #3, but I might lean towards #3 because the cut will show more sparkle and shine in a sapphire!

I like #3, but I have a strong personal preference for cushions!

1 and 3 are my faves :)

The colour looks beautiful in the pictures :)

I like the 1st one the best. It appears very bright and has the best cut of all three. All three are rather expensive for being BE treated. Are you all right with BE treated sapphires?

Woo Chrono, the more I have thought about it I think I will keep looking for a perfect non-treated stone... What do you think

Hi Woo
I would choose a stone that appeals to me within my budget as simple as that!
I had a look at the Natural sapphire Co. to see what they had to offer around 3.00ct.
the stone that had nice colour(not quite rich yellow) but looked cut well and was nice and bright was the 3.00ct Radiant cut stone with the I.D. Y2078,but that was what I liked and may not appeal to you!

Woo,
I agree with Tim. I'd go for a natural sapphire (gently heated, not filled, coated, nuked, BE or any other treatment) - the best that I can find within my budget.

How about this one? You can pick your own shape and have it cut!

Actually, with 157 cts of rough, you could probably get a whole matching jewelry set out of it!

Woo,
I don''t know your budget or size that you are looking for but there are a few very attractive yellow sapphires here:

(I like the 4.45ct yellow sapphire best)
