Help on E-Ring tension setting....what size diamonds for sides?

Hey everyone!

I''m wanting to get this design or the other one by Gelin Abaci that is a little more squared than pointed.....I can''t decide which one yet!
I also want to customize it....I''m thinking two tiiiiiiny little stones on either side of the diamond on the outer part of the band, right under the point there....

What size should I be looking to get?

I''ve tried to find it but I can''t

. Somewhere someone lists approx mm sizes of the different point sizes of diamonds. e.g. 3 pointer is 1.7mm... no idea if that''s true, it''s an example only.

Anyway I thought that information might help you decide..
