Help with CADs for Intrepide Halo

Hi friends. I've finally contacted the lovely Elle for my very own Intrepide Halo for a colorless cushion zircon that I had custom cut. Since she's never done an Intrepide for a cushion we are starting from scratch. I was underwhelmed with the first CAD and asked to see the halo a little more pronounced. Got the second CAD and now I feel its way too large and pointy.
I'm really bad at looking at CADs and hoping the awesome experts at pricescope could chime in.
What would you do/change here?

Edit - first CAD is where the ring size shows 5.75, not sure why they inserted out of order.

First of all- congrats on your custom stone and custom setting!
Second- do you have any pics to share of the stone? Please? And I am nosy- who cut it?
I am by no means one of the experts here but....
I think I prefer the narrower one. But if it were me- I'd cut out with an exact-o knife the same shape and dimension of the stone and another color paper halo to compare and lay them on your finger. Cut them true to size best you can. Each square in the cad is a mm. You can print out and reduce/enlarge as needed to get close to the correct size or freehand it.
You of course can ask to see a cad with a size in between the two, and of course you can ask that the radius between the points be tweaked, to lessen the pointy-ness. That may be the fix you are looking for?
I also see they beefed up the shank as well? Is that what you wanted too?
And....i don't want to be a turd kicker....but I would be remiss in not mentioning....have you seen there was a recent thread on this setting in a trillion that did not work out the way the owner intended? I think the biggest problem- but it was never confirmed- that the shape of the basket did not follow close enough to the actual outline of the stone. I doubt with a custom cut cushion you would have that problem though?
Are you specifying single prongs?
Only reason I ask is that I thought I saw on a TGP blog that she highly recommends double prongs for safety in cushions but I could be mistaken.
On that note- I have my very own lovely custom -but not the intrepide- ring from TGP and I really enjoyed working with her.

I like the original cad, the bottom one. I think the halo size is in proportion to the stone. It looks to me that those pronounced scallops are necessary or else the halo would be even thicker. Maybe you could ask for a halo in between these two sizes.

I don't know how to read CADs all that well but I like the original one better.
It looks like the new halo got a lot bigger and pointier. What about a halo being the same size as the original with slightly more pointy edges (I hope that makes sense). Or maybe like Junebug17 said, somewhere in between the two.

The dimensions of the orginal are better. The proportions match better with the size of the stone. Perhaps something in between could also work.

I think instead of it being much larger like 2nd CAD, it just needs to be more defined? Is it just me or is one point at the bottom of the first CAD... way more pronounced then the rest?
