The booth babe pictures is what is missing!!

DF - Actually there is a reason for that. Before arriving and upon leaving the convention center, participants are encouraged to remove their credentials, as robberies are a very real possibility. Many in the trade don''t wear overt bling for the same reason.

Walking around the floor itself you could see much sparkle in cases and on people. As you may imagine, however, it''s not polite to walk up and start photographing items that sellers have on display (or on their bodies)

. People are often very particular about how their wares are represented in photos.

I know you're not in the trade, Strm, but I can see how someone new might think you are. You're well-informed.

i know what you mean.when i used too set up at coin conventions, especially during dealers set up night, once you open your show case there''re 5 different pairs of hands grapping at your coins at the same time

at one convention i was having dinner with a friend i asked him how was he doing.he told me he made about $13k after the first day,but somebody stole a $17k coin from him.

i always try to be aware of who''s set up around me at the show.you would be surprise how many dealers would steal from you. i always remove my credentials before leaving the convention floor.the most dangerous time is when you leave going into the parking lot.
