I was so the same way! The post that I saw had me convinced until the guy came back to say that he had proposed. Even after that, I thought it was maybe my BF trying to throw me off because he knew I had seen it. The poster still hasn''t posted hand pics, but I don''t think my BF would have bought this cushion if he already had a whole ring made! LOLDate: 4/14/2006 2:06:05 PM

Most people don''t give their names, so I''m not sure if Paul has been posting. It''s very easy to see your boyfriend in a lot of different threads. A lot of us here have done it with our own guys! I think some people might be recalling guys who have wanted cathedral settings, or Niwaka/Nikawa (need to figure out how to spell that) rings, and wondering if they''re your boyfriend. I wouldn''t worry about it.
In all seriousness though, it seems like he wants to make it a surprise. I know that it''s really really hard, but I''d really try to back off looking at most areas of Pricescope. Just think of how wonderful it would be to see the ring the first time as he''s proposing, and as you can finally put it on your finger and wear it and show it to all of your friends! A lot of our guys want to surprise us. I had a psycho pre-engagement episode a little bit ago in which I found a ring box hidden away in my room, and wondered if he was trying to hide my engagement ring there. People pointed out that he obviously wants it to be a surprise, and it''s really hard to fake a reaction, and I''m pretty sure that you wouldn''t want to feel guilty about finding things out before he wants you to. It seems like you may not need to wait all that longer to see it the way that he''ll want you to first see it, if he''s been looking at rings like that!
Of course, he may not have posted on here at all. And even in that case, look how crazy we''re all driving ourselves by thinking that guys we''ve never met are about to propose to us!

Sweetie...let you man do his thing and wait for the surprise. We can all appreciate how excited you are but if you ruin things for him and yourself it won''t be near as special as he''d like it to be. Take it from someone who hates surprises and ruined her own proposal...it''s not fun for the man when he''s got specific plans and HE''S trying to take charge and we women are driving them nuts and poking around. He''s going to be disappointed IF he''s here and he finds out you are here trying to find out what he''s doing. I think he really, really wants you to be surpised and happy with his choice. That''s just my opinion ofcourse...I don''t exactly know your fiance or anything!
