Hello, I wanted to introduce myself. I''ve been lurking around pricescope and LIW in particular lately as BF and I become more serious in our search for a ring. I thought I''d start up an account so I can post ocassionally.

I guess a little background is in order, BF and I have been dating a bit over a year, we''ve lived together for about 9 months and started to talk seriously about marriage fairly soon into our relationship. Lately we''ve been checking out various rings, etc.

I guess that''s it! I love seeing everyone''s rings or the rings they''re eyeing - who doesn''t like looking at sparkly things?!

I have a feeling I about 6-12 months to go as far as being a LIW goes. I''m excited about the idea of getting engaged and married, but I''m more excited that I found such an awesome guy - mushy, I know, but sometimes I really wonder what I did to deserve such a sweet, amazing partner

I''m trying not to fall too in love with any particular ring because ultimately my BF is going to select it for me. I am making suggestions and letting him know what I like and more importantly what I really really dislike. So far I''m absolutely head over heels for a nice, simple oval solitaire, similar to this ring,
