I''m hoping whiteflash can do someting about this. I messaged the seller...he/she keeps arguing with me that the pictures are from his warehouse in Cali.

So stupid. Um ... Liar. Would help if the WF logo wasn''t in the background ... duh.

They''re at it again! Don''t think WF is having that. Are you going to email them with what you found? I''m sure they would be happy to know.

The nerve! I don''t think that this vendor is even selling real diamonds!!

Sorry Luckystar that this is happening. You''d think these people wouldn''t be quite so clueless but they are. Hopefuly you and WF are able to resolve this issue. Not fair to anyone involved.

I emailed Allison D about this. This kind of stuff gets on my last nerve.

Really, how stupid can they be?????

Ok, while this is totally wrong (of them to do), I just cracked up that they are arguing considering the WF logo is in the pic.

Yeah, this struck me as funny also. It doesn''t make it right though.

me too!! How they can they argue about it!!

Thanks, all, for the concern on this! I''ve brought it to the attention of management.

Special thanks to you, Kaleigh, for the heads up - you''re the best! :-)

But guys... they''re from his warehouse in California!!!

What an idiot! It boggles my mind to no end that people will do this! How do they look at themselves in the mirror!

I wonder what website he stole these pink stone earrings from. Notice the ''dot'' in the upper right corner.

Loser.
Oh I was just looking at the very same page!

It isn''t surprising to me from the way these pic-stealers have described their "pink diamond" earrings:

"THESE GEMSTONES HAVE A COMPARABLE GRADING OF D/E IN COLOR AND WS1/VVS2 IN CLARITY"

Ho hum!

I assume e-bay also has a policy prohibiting the use of copyrighted material (not to mention the mis-representation of the items offered for sale on e-bay)...

Yeah, If you file a fraud report thru ebay, they will usually take the auction down

They are a power seller too - 3939 sales. They really should know better!!

OMG, that is too funny! What a bunch of goobers! Ebay will usually respond quickly if they''re alerted to any form of fraud.

Ridiculous. Seriously. So glad WF got the heads up.

That''s just silly of the seller. It''s such an obvious lie.

I did try going to whiteflash first to email someone...the page wouldn''t load.
So I came here.

I know! Not very smart.

Seriously love the fact that she left the logo in the picture, that is priceless!

A few years back someone stole one of my ebay makeup item photos and I complained about it on another website I post on and it seems that often times for sellers who complain eBay doesn''t even take the photos down. It can take them a few days to even reply to the emails sent to them.

Hopefully this is not the case w/the Whiteflash picture! In my case, I emailed the seller and confronted her and she immediately took it down! (she said she was just borrowing the photo until she could get one of her own)

that''s what i''m sayin''! i can''t believe he/she has 99.3% positive feedback!
38.gif
i feel bad for the people who are making the purchases!

The seller is using exactly the same Wf photo to represent 2, 3, and 5 ctw studs.... really, anyone who buys this merchandise isn't doing even the most basic of checking. It's hard to feel too sorry for them. (Says someone who has made her share of stupid e-bay purchases!

)

Any updates about what WF is doing?

Ho hum!

Where can I get some WS1 studs? Read that as w like water and not v like victory...

It appears as though auctions with our pictures have been pulled; there are no active auctions reflecting the logo at this point.

Thanks again, all, for the heads-up on that!
