My BF and I have been browsing rings for a little while and i have to say that my preferences have been here and there and everywhere! last weekend, i''m pretty sure that we decided, but then i''ve been emailing him with some other options, details, etc. i think that i''m driving him crazy, but one email was a picture of stonecrab''s before engraving and after engraving princess ring. it is unbelievable --definately take a look if you haven''t seen the ring. the message that i got back from jim made me laugh so hard...keep in mind that he loves cars!!!

I did the same exact thing though,,, looked at ring after ring after ring.. not in person though only online.. I dont want to go with him to an actual store... But yea he got very confused.. but I finalky decided and it was the first ring i said i wanted in the beginning LOL... But he is very anal about it and wants the perfect one.. and the one i like the best...... so hopefully he''s been looking... or paying for one

that''s where i wound up too!! at where i was in the beginning! i started wanting a RB solitaire in a 6-prong knife edge setting. i looked at everything else- and i mean everything!!! even changed shapes! after lots of looking a came full circle and we are in the process of buying/designing a RB solitaire in a 6-prong knife edge setting!!!

i see it as performance verses performance. you want an amazingly well performing diamond- actually the best for your money-right? well i bet that''s what he wishes for his vehicle. too each is own...

I love stonecrab''s ring. I did the same thing to my BF, my preferences changed all the time, but that''s his fault for making me wait so long. Oh well at least all those rings helped me create my custom design.

you all hit it right on the head.... my BF just got an older truck just to get around in for now (he was in an accident) and now he has hinted that he wants to restore it and well since we know guys and their toys.. sometimes they can spend lots of cash... and i was hoping for a ring in the next year
oh well, the way i see it let them get it out of their system now... HA! yeah right!

. He would be more likely to compare it to something for a computer. Oh but he is designing brakes for his internship Racing Brake this past nine months, he only has 7 days left. I can ask him what your bf meant but if I had to guess I would think he wants something like these.
