How can I resize my pictures?

Hi. I want to post my ring pics under show me the ring, but the files won''t attach b/c they need to be resized. It is reccommended the it be resized to 72dpi and less than 700 pixels. I don''t get it. I tried resizing the oics on adobe photoshop but I didn''t get anywhere. How else can I resize my pictures? They are currently in my documents folder. I tried copying them to desktop and going from there but that didn''t work. Any ideas?

it could also be that the filename needs to be changed.
but, i would say try and keep the file size around 30kb if it is indeed the file size that is keeping it from loading.

Depending on what program you use, if you have MS Paint you can rightclick on the file name in whatever folder it is, click on edit, then go to image, "sketch and skew" and reduce it to 50%, 75%, whatever.
