How do I know more about these small sapphires?

I have seen so much criteria on here and none of it is available. What do you think about the price point? The only info I got on the online chat was that they didn't know the provenance and that there would be different hues in the shop I could choose from. Any opinions welcome :), including between the two! If you know reputable vendors in Europe that would also be welcome :) ! Thanks in advance :)
 
Is the price point reasonable for sapphires / does it mean they are lower quality ?
 
@cvalier26 Hi! The sapphires to my eye look very dark. Also are they able to give you any information on stone treatments?
 
Hi ! That's what I thought also, but she said there were different hues in the shop. She didn't mention anything about treatments
 
What specific questions should I ask?
 
These look like low quality dark stones that will look black in person.

I'm happy with a smaller stone, my diamond pedant is .07 with a rose gold bezel and I love it, so I don't mind paying more for a smaller stone if it means better quality. I can go up tp 400€ approx

A small stone would be fine, as I said above my diamond pendant is .07 ct with a rose gold bezel and I love it, however I would like it to be a rich royal blue style color, either round, bezel or not, or pear shaped. I can't go over 400-500 though, do you think it is possible?
 
Maybe on ebay?
 
The Edenn one looks better, but at 3mm the sapphire will barely be noticeable. That is more of an accent size. I think you can get more for your money elsewhere. Have you looked on etsy or Instagram?

So I got the answer from the Edenn shop that the sapphires were natural from Sri Lanka and heated à couple of minutes and graded AAA
 
Maybe you should cut out a 3mm size circle to see how small it really is. I don't know European vendors, so I can't help with that, but you can do better with your money than the ones you've posted.

Hauyne is gorgeous and glowy. Yvonne has made jewelry for me with it as accents.

The French vendors you picked up are the cheapest ones, and their sapphires are always uncertified. 95% of their sapphires are extremely dark.

Their customer service is at least very good.
Or if you are patient, you could follow some auctions on Interrencheres.
Shopping for colored stones in FR is quite challenging but still fun :-)

I have a .07 diamond pendant so I have an idea of what .11 looks like :) and I’m fine with it :)
 
So to sum up :)
- edenn : rose gold 18k chain and bezel .15i, 390€ currently on sale at 312€ ; natural sapphires from Sri Lanka, heated a couple of minutes, AAA ; attached96235E67-313D-4066-A428-F999171024D6.jpeg

- edenly : custom made for the same model, for which I don’t know the size or estimate yet ; natural sapphires from Africa (countries non specified, they said « various »), untreated, AA

I réalisé these aren’t quite the qualities usually on this site but I’m trying to work with my budget :)
