How do I post my pics???

I tried to use the "attach" function but I keep getting an error message that the max size is 100 kb and my file is 883 kb. How can that be? It''s just a regular digital picture; can it be so far out the range of what''s normal that it can''t be posted? Did I spend half a day reading the damn camera manual, standing outside in the freezing cold on my roof deck to get the best light, and sorting through 100+ photos to get to the few best ones for NOTHING???

Please help me...

Also, can someone tell me how to change my avatar to one of my own photos rather than the generic image I chose when I signed up?

How many pixels did you take the pics with? A 5 mega pixel pic is about 2MB to give you an idea of size. You will have to resize your pics with a photo shop program before you can post it.

To change your avatar, go to personal section. Then click on edit my profile, and you can upload a pic for your custom avatar.
