How exciting! Could you give all three stones a good soak and scrub and post pics again? That would ensure they are all on a level playing field and make it easier to judge if they are complimentary to each other.

Ditto this. Your center stone currently looks very hazy, so it might just need a clean. Clean then repost please?
And as for 3 stone rings...I'm all for it!
I love the size combo. But I see what you mean about the color difference.
I’m going to try again in daylight because my center stone is showing more color right now in this lighting.

I think the proportions are really nice. Your center diamond is beautiful but it’s lower color than the two side diamonds. I know you said it was in different lighting..but you want them to perform the same in all lighting.
Fair statement, but the color difference will still be this way any time your completed ring is in this same lighting.
No right or wrong - it’s just knowing what you can love vs what you think you might regret.
One of my sidestones lean brown. The center and other side stone in my three stone lean yellow.
It doesn’t bother me - and that’s ok.
I know for a fact it would bother other PS’ers to death - and that’s ok, too!
You can see plenty of antique three stone rings with this color variance via google image search. Or that’s the way I remember it when I was looking to purchase a complete ring before assembling one on my own.
Do you like the faceting, clarity and shape of the stones otherwise?
If you are unsure - I wouldn’t move forward. Finding nicely matched pairs for sidestones isn’t usually an easy and quick task tho!
They are too white for the center stone, don't try to make a square peg fit a round hole, just slow down and wait until you find the right pair, you won't regret waiting, but you may regret rushing!
Even in better lighting, the color difference is substantial.
it is really hard to find matches, but luckily lower colored old cuts are more common.
who have you tried? Adam and old world diamonds and jewels by grace come to mind if you haven’t tried them!
If you keep them, please do so only if you are 100% sure that you do not mind the color difference. I did something similar once and the color difference bugged me so much, that I would not wear the ring. I ended up resetting the center stone altogether
Would you mind giving the size of all the stones? Thanks!
