How to get back orginal data from computer...???

So, i was sizing down a pic for this site, and it was downloaded and saved as one size from my camera (and deleted in the trasfer). I then opened it to edit for this site...and normally save it under something different...and I didnt. I don''t want my pic this small for myself! I just can''t load it for the site that large! I can''t undo it, and I already tried photoshoping it to it''s orginal size...it''s all blurry! I took it w/a Nikon D40 and the pics are great...but I don''t want it tiny!

HELP ME! How to I get the orginal back? Or can''t I because I saved over it?

I doubt you can get it back unfortunately...but I am not an expert.

I have no idea if it can be done.I know if you take it to computer store they most likely be able to help you out.Good luck hope you get it back.

good news is if you have a card reader you can get it back off the memory card!
Your memory card came with the software needed.

If you cant find it you might be able to download it from your card makers site.

If not post and I will hunt down the links to some freeware recovery tools.

If you deleted the file from your camera, and likely from its storage card, then the original size image is gone.
