Hi again everyone. I just got this scope image of a diamond that I am considering. Cut is super ideal, but I don’t know how to read this image. Any thoughts? Thanks so much!

Looks slightly tilted and the actual shot is not shot in macro. With that being said its does not appear to be a good performer. Good luck

I wouldnt trust this image (just doesnt look like it was taken well).

What makes you think it has a super ideal cut?

Hi tyty333. Based on these cut proportions that I posted a couple of days ago.

Based on the cut proportions. I posted them again below. I’m guessing then that the diamond could still perform well, it’s just that the scope image isn’t good enough to tell?

Sorry, posted above. Not below.

The angles are the diamond are not a direct tell tale of a diamonds cut. Images will confirm that and something like a sarin. I'd stuck with ags if you were going only by report if you want a "super ideal cut".

Badly taken ASET.
If well taken, I expect no to very little light leakage. Promising

It has numbers that fit in the range of what Super Ideal cut stones are in but that does not make it a super ideal cut.

Nope. I just mentioned it previously. You are confusing report numbers with cut. One does have to " cut" the diamond to get the angles shown but accessing the cut symmetry in further allows manufacturers to declare it a SIC or not.
