I was visiting snopes.com to check on a story about President Bush refusing to entertain the Prince of Wales and his wife after their marriage and I saw this blurb there. I had been suspicious of this "recording" (which I listened to when the link to it was first posted here). Snopes does not claim it is a fake, however; it says the origins of the tape are "undetermined".
