I am so crushing on this tsavorite ring....are the stats and price decent?

It's not in the budget right now (waiting for the ering to arrive and dealing with issues with two houses), but I am really loving this style - now that I've found this forum, however, I'm wondering if I can pick your brains to plan even more spectaular rendition of it with hand-selected stones and a fab jeweler...(oh, is the handshot photoshopped? looks a little weird!)

I need to look at more tsavs, I think! Do they run the gamut of color depth? I haven''t seen that many yet.

Yes. Here's mine. For a darker one, look at Pandora's beauty.

It's a bit light for my taste - I prefer a 5/6 colour.

I bought this one recently from there for a friend for his gf's e-ring (hopefully he's proposing today - and has promised pics for all of us!). It's been set by Wink in a custom setting with diamond halo and plain split shank platinum band - I haven't seen it yet, but my friend tells me it's amazing. (Wink pulled out all the stops to get it done in time - why do all my friends think you can find a great stone and custom make a setting in 3 weeks

- we were so lucky that Pala had two amazing stones in stock.)
