I bought the James Allen 2 carat mmd tennis bracelet

Ever since the tennis bracelet DH gave me fell off at dinner, I’ve been hesitant to get another one to stack with it. Luckily, a man passing by my table actually saw it fall odd, stopped to pick it up and handed it to me! I didn’t even feel it go.

So when I saw the JA 2 carat one on sale for $1300, I pulled the trigger.

(But man, I totally HATE the waste of packaging JA sends they stuff in. I throw the presentation boxes away because I just don’t have room for that kind of wasted junk.

Thank you! I’ve been debating the 2 versus 4 carat- I’d like to be able to wear it without feeling it was “special occasion” only and the 2 carat looks really lovely, especially stacked! I had been debating MMD versus mined and the James Allen bracelet is tempting me after seeing your pics!

I will! Although probably not until sometime next year, since they run the sale a few times a year. I’m all spent out on jewelry until the new year.

i love that the new braclete is different to your hubby's one so his one will feel extra special on occasions where you deem it safe to wear it

they are both real beauties and they also compliment each other as a stack

I like this too. It is lovely to have a fine box, but not if it's a self gift. Maybe one could "opt in" for gift packaging, or choose "eco packaging".

I’m in love! Only night time ashots so far but it’s so bright and has awesome sparkle. I did spring for the 4ctw and it’s a little daintier than I thought it would be but it’s going to be very wearable and not too “special occasion”.

I think the diamonds themselves are excellent (from my untrained eval I think that the color and clarity reported are accurate, and the cut is good enough to have nice sparkle), but I agree that I don't love the setting options JA has, and it's limited to the single option at this time for the lab stones. For the goal of having a nice size and sparkle it's still a keeper for me.

I ordered a 2ct mmd bracelet after reading this post. It's very pretty but dainty. So I am on the fence about keeping it. I'd have gotten a 3ct one, if it was available in mmd. Thanks!

It’s beautiful. Thanks for doing the comparison shot. I am a little wary still about lab diamonds but that bracelet looks sweet and your comparison shot helps show the quality.
