edited: DO NOT STICK YOUR JEWELRY IN THE DISHWASHER

I just had this discussion with my husband
-your product is mass produced by the lowest bidder that makes it in bulk
-weather it's plastic or silicone [that "cage" is not a durable material]
-"when you hear the click your jewelry is secure"
Sure, because my wedding band wouldn't fly out of that if it magically unclicked during extreme heat and water psi from god knows how many jets inside random dish washer x.

I can't..

Kind of wondering what the insurance claim for damage from this looks like…
“Yes, I routinely put my ring in the dishwasher”…
“They assured me it was safe when it clicked! And it clicked!”…

WOAH. Yeah, it seems like someone somewhere is a little nuts. But incase someone needs to hear it, DO NOT put your diamond rings in a dishwasher. :roll2:

Ummmm...the cleaning agents in dishwasher pods/liquid can be quite caustic and damage the metal and/or colored stones.

I'm going to be honest and will say the thought has crossed my mind if I could find something secure enough....I do have a platinum ring though.

This is a bit like having to need instructions not to bring one's hairdryer into the bath while bathing lol.

"Don't use a hair dryer while bathing."

:wink2:

I for one think it looks pretty cool!
Just hoping the dishwasher detergent does not do damage to the Jewelry. Not going to do it, but got a laugh out of all new ways to clean things.

So I can tuck my jewelry right next to my lasagne pan? Sounds like a great idea!

*Imagines loose stones and bracelets whipping around*

Reactions: DAF
Love folks cashing in on anti bacterial claims. Generally to make a kill claim, your product needs to be FDA approved. Suspect this isn’t.

if people are worried about germs, boiling water is so much easier.

Hubby had 3 words.. "wtf"...

As she was closing the case I suddenly thought of those similar plastic boxes for washing baby bottles/pacifiers and had a moment of “oh I bet…no…no way, she wouldn’t… !!!”

 Ha! I just laughed and immediately said, Mmh, plop it right in there, huh? This'll go well.:eek-2:

It's for things like this why the poo emoji exists at all.

:lol-2: personally I think the chemicals, hot water, steam and surfactants would be great for getting that diamond sparkly clean and spot free! .... I'm going to stick to my ultrasonic.

This is terrifying
