I found my dress!!!

This weekend, after many trips to bridal shops and the great Running of the Brides, I found my dress. Of course, it''s totally different than what I pictured or wanted, but I think it''s so perfect for me and the event I''m envisioning (on the beach with a formal reception after). The best is that it''s totally affordable! It''s Maggie''s Vernice

I wish I could change the lace-up back because silk covered buttons are just so "wedding" to me. But I''d have to go up a size to do it and I don''t know if I want to do that...

Isn''t it funny how the dress you choose sometimes isn''t at ALL what you thought it was going to be?? Mine is SO completely different in absolutely every way than what I pictured every day since I was, oh, say 5, that I keep second guessing myself and going back to try it on again...only to fall in love with it all over!

It looks beautiful on you!!!! I had the EXACT same issue with the lack of buttons with the Maggie gowns. I''m not a lace up girl. Personally, I''d order the next size up and go for the buttons... but like I said, I''m a button gal not a lace up gal.
