I can not say that they are "gems." Do you mean "gems" like lucky finds or "gems" like to facet and mount in a ring?

I can not tell what they are.

Curious how you found non-metallic stones while metal-detecting...

Huh? What in the world are all those things? Where did you find them? Do they feel heavy or light? What do the other sides of them look like?

When digging i noticed them and set them aside, I didn't find them with the metal detector

Hi OP, I think you will find many of us here specialize in a specific range of cut precious gemstones and not minerals/rock types in general. You are welcome here, but we generally don’t talk or answer questions about minerals or rock specimens. You will have better luck on a mineralogy or rockhound forum as the enthusiasts there who do their own digging will be able to identify the specimens for you or recommend the right equipment.
