HA!! The more diamonds the better!!!! And NO, I love the look of three stone rings with eternity bands, not too much at all. You can choose the size of the stones in the eternity band to compliment (and not overwhelm) the three stone diamond ring.

OOHH, have fun picking it out!

Ame, while I have voeted for solitarie, as opposed to 3-stone, the mor ebling the better! I LOVE that three stone thing too! I just happen to adore the way a single diamond looks on an unadorned band - elegant and timeless.

ame,
I like three stone rings as long as the side stones don't detract from the center stone. I like them to compliment the center stone, not take away from it. I also think they look great with eternity bands!!

Sometimes I think I should have left my stone alone and not done 3. Sometimes I love the 3. I think that if I had a huge stone, like a 3 carat, I''d leave it alone (unfortunately, I don''t have that problem LOL)...Anything less and I''m a sucker for a three stone...

mmm,
I just love your three stone cushion ring, you made the right choice in my book!!

I cannot believe the split! I don''t think Ill be going above .25-.3 stones so we''ll see how this prices out. If it''s reasonable I might consider it still.

I'm sorry you're still "torn" between the two...but I say 3 stone all the way. It gives your solitaire a little *umph*. So there you go, you'll have a "solitaire with umph"! hehehe The best of both worlds!

Oh, and the eternity band will give it "va va voom"!!!!!

Ame, why not get one of each. Solitare for e-ring, and 3-stone for RHR.

MMM!! I would be thrilled to take your Cushion family off your hands (no pun intended!).

Really, I LOVE your Cushions, they make such a beautiful 3 stone ring.

Well after a discussion at dinner that made the folks next to us think we were stuck up rich jerks for spending our money on diamonds....

He has presented me with this plan, which apparently was his plan ever since I chose my stone, and depending on the situation we are in financially this might work out in the future at an anniversary:

He would like to upgrade my center stone to a 1.5ct star 129, and buy another .86ct Star129 to make a 3 stone keeping my current stone involved. I really like the sounds of that. He said he saw the truffle setting and likes the look of it with 6 prongs on each stone ...I like the sounds of this plan.

So I guess for now, its a solitaire. And you all will know when it''s a 3 stone.

Oh, and I don''t wear rings on the other hand. I had hand surgery 2 years ago and ever since that just cannot wear anything without major pain and irritation. It sucks but oh well.

That''s already in the works. I think Ill be getting those for my birthday. If I didn''t have Amethyst drop earrings being made Id wear studs at the wedding.
