3 can't tell much but maybe worth looking into it more.

Just be patient. OEC"s pop up all the time on ebay and other pre loved sites. I bought my GIA J 1.19ct OEC off ebay a few months ago for 2.5k

Think some EGL reports I have seen online don't list the inclusions below, just give a key to them all.

Would it be indented naturals or should they show red and green? Chips?

This stone has really bad girdle reflection. See the rough looking ring right around the edge of the table, that looks like it's scraped on the inside? You will definitely see it in person.

I just looked at the EGL report again. The shallow depth with the larger table is likely the cause. I recognize the vendor. He has a lot of old cuts, some very nice. Tell him you want to see a better one.

It's really best to contact the vendors and have them select some diamonds for you. Then, from there you can post some pics for evaluation.

ty guys for all your help, I feel defeated at this point I can't get to find my OEC diamond for my ring . maybe ill have to wait until i can get a bigger budget , all the OEC i find they are small. weight its not important for me really its the size 6.5mm to 7.5 mm so ill keep you guys posted if I get lucky and i find something in the future. thank you so much
