I think I picked my bridesmaid dresses!!! YAY!

Hi, everyone!!

Some of you might recall that I was thinking about ordering one of these two dresses for my bridesmaids...and then I narrowed it down to just the black Jim Hjelm on the right...

Buuut, then after some serious consideration, I realized that I really didn''t think the neckline of that black Jim Hjelm was what I was going for...

sooo, we went to the Priscilla of Boston store this weekend, and I think I found a winner! (The dresses are by the Vineyard collection and both of my friends here are wearing the same dress, but in different colors--not sure if you can tell that they are the same...)

oh I''m so glad you girls like them!!

CD--unfortunately, I bought my dress in Kleinfeld''s so instead of a 15% discount (if I had purchased it in a POB store), the girls only get a 10% discount...though I intend to try and talk them down...

They are beautiful! I went though netbride so i didnt have to deal w/asking prices or anything...but you cant get those gown on there! we had dessy jordan fashions and mori lee dresses and those could be on ther. they were ~75.00-100.00 cheaper online than in the bridal salon. yay for saving $$ everywhere you can!

You ladies have NO idea how excited I am about these dresses--it's sort of embarrassing! Did anyone else feel like they were re-energized by finding the perfect bridesmaid dresses? Now I'm getting so happy about everything coming together--the thought of the bouquets I chose with these dresses, and with my friends looking so pretty--I know it's silly, but I'm all giddy about them every time I look at them!

I have three more girls in my wedding party--one is very thin and the height of the girl on the right, one is about the size (boobage-wise) of the girl on the right (who also has a REALLY large and VERY noticeable tattoo on her arm...and although I'm not a fan of tattoos, I'm actually really excited to see how it photographs--it is a beautiful tattoo...of course, my mother will have a heart attack), and the other is about as tall as the girl on the left, but VERY thin and not nearly as chesty as either of the two girls in the photo. I just think it will be flattering on everyone!!

I'm glad you seem to like the color too--when people ask what color I'm doing for bridesmaids dresses, and I say "brown," they're like "oh, the color of poo! how delightful!"--so I try to say like "chocolate," but of course they see right through that

hehe, and Pils--I would love for someone to also fall in love with these dresses like I have! Let me know what you end up deciding to do!!!
