While the design is lovely, the colour of the spinels don’t wow me. They appear muted and grayish.

I kind of like that muted look! I really love mauvey pinks over intense pinks; I know its not ''ideal'' or the most expensive kind of pink there is. It reminds me of the Tiffany''s legacy style. I am sure though that PS vendors and cutters could put together a more impressive piece for a better price!
