I was married exactly a week ago, today! It''s so crazy that it''s finally over and huge relief. Of course some things went wrong, but honestly it was days later before I realized the things that had gone wrong. I was just so happy with everything as a whole. I think the catering manager might have put the cake out a bit too soon because the ribbon on the cake was kinda melted. I had seen the cake the day before and it was fine.
We had terrible rain for 3 days prior to our wedding. It cleared up the day of the rehearsal but I was still a bit worried about being allowed to leave the wedding outside. But everything was perfect!

Ceremony: Virginia Aquarium Outdoor Deck overlooking Owl Creek
Reception Venue: We both met at work--and we wound up having the reception at our new dining room at the retirement community that we work at. Gorgeous!
And now, hopefully some pictures....
The salads being prepped---It was a Caesar salad wrapped in an english cucumber with tomatoes.
