Can you guys help answer a few questions?

1) What is the difference between Rough Rock, Cut Rock and Ideal Rock? Am I missing any others?

2) How do I post a pic of my doggie so I don''t have to stare at that yellow blob everytime I''m on this site?

3) Is there a past posting on all the abbreviations you guys use such as e-ring?

Lastly, rough rock, cut rock, ideal rock are basically usage levels, everyone starts as a rough rock, then cut rock and ideal rock are up to our admin's discretion I believe.

The status changes to Cut Rock after 100 posts. Ideal Rock used to be given by the administrators, but now it happens automatically after 500 posts.
