In order... What would you change?

Hopefully everyone here is able to get EXACTLY what they want for their e-ring. But let’s just say for instance you can’t and you’d rather be engaged sooner rather than later.

Assuming you already KNOW EXACTLY what you want your setting to look like… and it would need to be custom made as that will make the cost go up…

If you needed to cut back on a few of the things you’d LOVE to have your e-ring be what would be the first thing you’d start cutting back on or compromising on in order to get a beautiful ring for a more reasonable price but still have it be THE ONE you’re dying to have? Sorry for any confusion.

For example let’s say you’re needing to cut cost so the first thing you do is cut back on the size of the diamond, then change from platinum to white gold, etc. So it still has the same look.

List them in order.

I’m sort of trying to figure this same thing out for myself but would like to know what others think about it too.
