Do not know the company, but if it involves putting up money to get anything, well BE CAREFUL, BE VERY CAREFUL!
Lots of fraud coming out of that area, backstop everything and then backstop that again. If they are reputable they will already know and understand that many of their countrymen have made it necessary to do so. If they are not reputable they will try to tell you that they are and that you do not need to be so paranoid and if you insist they will tell you how you have insulted them and that they will take their millions elsewhere.
If they are offering you a deal on diamonds be sure to make sure you are not circumventing the Kimberly accords or you could find yourself in prison for your troubles.
