I was wondering what you guys thought about these invitations

http://www.theweddingnotebook.com/invite/gallery/index.html#

ithe style name is tulip, i was thinking dark chocolate brown, with the white(ivory) papter and a champage colored bow.

is $400 alot for the invites, reception cards, rsvp, outer envelopes, inner envelopes, all printed with return adresses, and printed to each guest. this price is for 100

comments please

Very nice and very elegant, yet modern at the same time. Love the color combo too.

$400. for all of that? You''re getting of cheap my dear! We sent out 100 wedding announcements and it cost us about the same and you''re getting a lot more extras than just the invite itself. So yeah, I think that''s a good price for something so nice.

WOW!!!! That site has been bookmarked! What a great deal, I can''t believe it includes the printed envelopes too. Do they assemble the invitations or do you have to?

thanks guys !! yes i like the feel of Modern but still elegant!! Im not sure if i have to put them together thanks thats a good question for me to ask!! i also said they adress to the guest, sorry i was wrong! but i still think its a good dearl!! im going to leave a deposit. i think i got a good price because im doing it 8months in advance so they give you a little bit of a break since its not a rush order!! thanks again

In the fine print it says assembly is included! That''s a FANTASTIC deal! They are beautiful invites but if you had to put them together yourself it could be a nightmare... if they are assembling, go for it! I got a decent deal on my invitations but then had to fold and tie and colate it all myself and I hated my invitations by the time I was done. Avoid that hassle!! Well done!

$400 for everything?! That is a great deal Bella! I am DIYing them, and I''m already up to about $300 in costs (for about 150 invites). I don''t have inner envelopes either. And they''re assembling them? Yeah, definitely a good deal.

They are beautiful as well. :D

Oh thanks for seeing that Sumbride!! makes me even happier!!

It''s a great deal, no question. One word of warning, though - be cognizant of the size. According to the site, standard size is 4x6. That''s TINY - the size of a film camera snapshot. Nothing wrong with it, of course - just diminutive. Even the larger size is only 5x7 - still small, as invitations go. I just wanted to make sure you were aware of that.

thanks aceP i need to look into that!

5x7 is a pretty common size, but i wanted something larger for mine. invitations were an area where i was determined to save some money, and i looked far an wide for something classy but not fifteen hundred bucks. if you''re looking for other options, i ended up going with The White Aisle, and they really turned out nice. and large! i paid $400 for 80 - so slightly more expensive than what you''re looking at.

What a fantastic deal. I''m definitely going to check them out for my invites. Have you ordered a sample yet. If you do, please let us know how the quality is!

aceP thanks soooo much for seeing that they were 4x6 its not that much more for the 5x7 .20cents which is the size i want im waiting for the lady to call me back to finalize the numbers so i can leave a deposit and get a sample in the works ill keep u guys posted ugh i hate time changes!!!!

This is a silly question, but I panicked when I first started looking for invites. I was looking at 100 invites but then I realized that I actually only needed 60-70 because almost all of the people I''m inviting are couples. Are you inviting 150-200?

Hudson i know what you mean we are inviting 160 so i really only need 80 but they only sold them in 100 so thats what i got!! its still a good deal
