Is this a well cut stone?

Hello :wavey: when I look through this stone from the side it is quite see-through. Not so much from the top but it still looks 'off' to me. Is there a problem with the cut of the stone?

Difficult to tell based on just one photo, sorry.

Try taking some more photos from different angles in different lighting conditions please.

DK :))

Looks like a tilt window. Please take more pics from other angles.

There's nothing wrong with a tilt window in a colored stone, as long as it goes away once you are looking at it straight on through the table. The lower the refractive index, the smaller the angle required from straight-on for a tilt window to appear.

+1.

The camera's perspective is at a steep angle and not perpendicular to the table of the stone. Most stones will show a tilt window at such a steep angle. The question is what does the stone look like head on?
