Is this is a decent sapphire?

I'm in the market for a sapphire for a ring and my budget is about $500 max. I need a stone less than 1 carat, preferably .3-.7 carats, and oval cut. I came across this stone and I'm wondering if anyone has any opinions. Thanks!

I think it is a very dark sapphire. Probably even darker than the video shows. And when set, will most likely appear even darker.

But some people like dark blue sapphires.

What will it be used for? Is it for someone else, or for you?

It's for a ring that I'm giving someone. I like dark blue/royal blue sapphires but not too dark. Any ideas on good dealers I can contact or check out?

Checked out a few sites for you. The first two I found on Multicolour. The first is under budget but may be larger than what you want.

The second one looks really nice. It's much bigger than you asked for, but I believe that if you want to wow someone, then go ahead and wow them.
