Is this oil in my tourmaline?

So probably at least 15 years ago I bought this tourmaline on ebay with a description as "copper bearing tourmaline with Aurora Borealis artifact". I was brand new with collecting and just thought it was so cool (the listing had a video.) I obviously haven't sent it for a report from a reputable lab yet.20180725_172150.jpg

Now I'm wondering if it has been oiled, and that is what I'm seeing? In all my Google searches, nothing. Thanks for any help!

Iridescence because of an internal fracture?
Or like the "pink flash" quartz?

I have seen listings for tourmalines with similar inclusions recently on ebay. I stayed away because I suspected treatment, but I don't think tourmalines were oiled 15 years ago (...or ever?), so hey, this might just be a nifty collector's piece.

It moves around when the stone is moved. I've tried to see if there is a fracture, but it never delineates that I can see, even with a loop. I'm unfamiliar with pink flash quartz. Will look that up.

Thanks for your comment. I of course am hoping its something cool, but am a realist. But because of the time lapse I paid practically nothing for it, either way.

Many "copper bearing" tourmalines are filled at the moment. Some with permanent fillers some only with oil, which is used also actually on many other stones.
As for the color and that you did not pay much, the reflections are a strong hint that the stones is filled and I suspect not with oil. Sorry to say that...
