I would like a 5 stone alternating heart shaped anniversary style ring. .25 caret or smaller. I am not particular about the stone quality except that is look decent. I will need it to be around a size 4. Is this even possible? Does anyone know?

If I understood your post correctly, you are looking 0.25 carat weight heart shaped diamonds.

I did a search of heart shaped diamonds and the smallest one available thru PS Vendors was 0.4 carat.

Your best bet would be to contact a Vendor and see if they can source the stones for you.

Thanks for your reply. Would diamonds be OK in this setting? I actually have a ring that is exactly what I want, but it is CZ. I have been told that it could not be done before I found it in a cz. Would there be a difference because they are diamonds?
