Holy crap! I ordered our wedding bands tonight!

And tomorrow we''re ordering the invites...WHOA. It''s getting real! My wedding is in less than 70 days! (Too lazy to count it down exactly!

But more importantly-the wedding bands! I got my fiance this band but in white gold:

And my band, 100% inspired by shimmer, but with 15 diamonds instead of 12. (Our anniversary is 3/15 and it''s also my soccer number!

I love your FI's band! Very simple and classic. (I had that oh-my-goodness-this-is-very-real moment recently when my FI's wedding band arrived and he tried it on. Aack!)

ETA: I absolutely LOVE your band! We must have similar taste--I ordered my own bezel band (with 3-pointers) from WF a few weeks ago.

Oooh can''t wait to see your bezel band! Is it going to be your wedding band? I bet the 3 pointers will look great! (I went with 2 pointers because the width will match my wedding band pretty much perfectly.)

Yup, it''ll be my wedding band! It''s going to have 16 3-pointers and 2 sizing circles (bezels with just metal in them).

Yours sounds awesome. I just checked out your e-ring, and it''s amazing! Love the baguettes. Are you going to wear your band with it, or on your other hand?

Yup, it''ll be my wedding band! It''s going to have 16 3-pointers and 2 sizing circles (bezels with just metal in them).

Thanks for the e-ring compliments! I''m probably going to wear them together...I tried on a similar band in the diamond district in NY like 2 years ago with my e-ring and it looked pretty good. Honestly, a straight band would probably look better but I didn''t love any of them either, so I just went with this once since I love it! They''re definitely not super matchy but I just love that band so much I don''t care!

What about you? Are you going to wear yours with your e-ring or on another hand? I love your honking emerald!

I''m planning on wearing mine with my e-ring, too. When I tried a similar band on, it looked better to me than pretty much anything else I tried with my e-ring! I''m hoping the width will be okay--the band will be thinner than my e-ring, but I liked the look when I tried on the Tiffany Jazz, so I think I''ll like this. We''ll see!

I bet your set will look awesome. I liked the bands I tried to be the same width or a little thinner than my e-ring. For some reason I wasn''t crazy about it when they were wider even though I''ve seen other people with sets like that and liked it! So I''m sure yours will look great even if it''s a little thinner!

Actually this one is custom and is exactly like shimmer''s custom bezel band, which inspired geckodani to hunt down hers. So full credit goes to shimmer on this one!
