So. Since being on a certain diamond site (not naming names) but I became OBSESSED with checking out diamonds. Settings. Diamonds AND settings. Gemstones, Settings. More diamonds. (And emailed all cool things to the BF) I think had I not found said website, I would be a little less educated on diamonds (ok, A LOT LESS EDUCATED) but I would maybe feel more sane.
So I totally did something crazy!
A few days ago I told the BF that I was going to release creative control (haha as I call it) and also not talk about rings for 2 months. He LAUGHED and said, "Honey, try for 2 weeks, something that might actually happen!" So far it''s been hmmmm a few days and it only came up once and I called it a MMMHMMM-Ring
The craziest part is that our AGREED timeline is only 53 days away. Woowee the last 4 months have flown by with me looking at everyones gorgeous bling on here! I am also going to stop bringing that "date" up. I told him I''m done. I''m not mentioning diamonds, I''m not emailing him diamonds, and I''m not telling him about settings I prefer. He knows by now. He actually knows everything by heart. I do know that I''m not getting the size I would ideally want for a diamond, but honestly, that is the least of my worries now. Being on here has helped me see that. (Not to mention in so many years I am inheiriting a 3 stone 5+ carat ring

Anyways, I am super excited and might have to not post as much for a while so I can keep my head somewhere else. Like in a book

That''s my update! Oh, I also was an ass last night and ruined a surprise. I found this tanzanite ring that was on sale, and beautiful! I asked him for it (he actually promised me something Tiffany) and he said he''d think about it. Well, I asked him again and again, because it was such a good deal, i''d buy it myself if I had to! Turns out he was going to surprise me with it. I hate surprises. Drive me nuts
and I ruin them. Soooo yeah.

She lets me try it on all of the time and I just about drool! Is it bad that I have thought whenever I do get my diamond I''m thinking of setting it as a pendant??
