Sold Jeff White 3.21 carat round yellow chrysoberyl

Anyone shopping for a yellow gemstone? I commissioned this round yellow chrysoberyl from Jeff White. The cut is fantastic but the color didn’t turn out the shade I’m looking for. 3.21 carats 8.46 mm round yellow untreated chrysoberyl from Brazil. Anyone interested before I send it back to Jeff? It’s the top yellow round in my video shot in natural light. I would describe it as a cooler lemony yellow with a hint of green. I was hoping for a warmer yellow like my danburite in the lower left.

I have finished your chrysoberyl! I'm really pleased with how this big fella turned out. The color is a super nice yellow with really no green to speak of, even in natural light. If you view it under a blue sky, I'm sure it will pick up a little bit of that blue and may appear to have some green, but under a neutral sky (cloudy), it has no green to my eyes. As expected, there are a few inclusions, including a feather that wouldn't cut out, but due to the brilliance of the cut, it faces up quite clean. Best of all, it finished up near the very top of my expected yield range! The vitals of the finished gem are: 3.21 ct. and 8.46 x 8.46 mm.!
