Jewelry Wish List!

Since I have joined pricescope I have significantly increased my jewelry wish list. At least once a week I am seeing something that I would like to eventually own. My poor SO just smiles and shakes his head. So I was wondering what is on everyone's wish list?

I will start:

1. A DBTY necklace with .20 bezel set melee
2. An X prong diamond tennis bracelet
3. IDJ earring jackets (I would love to buy a bunch of different colored stones and put them in the center of the jacket)
4. An array of right hand rings (blue sapphire, yellow diamond, tanzanite, ruby, emerald, I love them all )
5. A Raymond Weil Jasmine steel on steel 29 diamond watch!!!!
6. I would like to upgrade my diamond studs one day!
7. Brian Gavin shared prong diamond huggies earrings
8. Something with the Brian Gavin blue diamonds, but I am not sure yet what!
9. I would love a 1 carat round bezel set pendant


Now this is my wish list, I can go as big as I want here!! SO will have a lifetime to check off the things on the list.

It happens to the best of us, lol. Darn PS. I love playing the wish list game though so I'll bite:

my honking OEC (working on getting this one)
my dream setting for that OEC, though it might have to wait a few years
a larger pair of OEC studs, 1.4ctw+ set in a milgrain bezel
a BGD barbara pendant with a 5mm+ OEC
a dainty DBTY neckpace, longer so I can either wear it normally, or double it around.
a collection of RHRs: an antique coral cameo, an antique turquoise, a garnet, a pink CS, and a color changing CS
a pair of pave set bangles
a collection of different stacker rings to play with
a yellow diamond. i really want a lighter yellow, Y-Z, or FLY diamond one day.




I doubt I'll collect these all before I decide to change my mind and want other things.. or don't want some things anymore. I still have 2 more graduations so maybe I'll get 3 or 4 knocked off in the next few years?

Blue zircon martini studs - maybe about 5 mm?

and to actually set some of the stones I've collected into a stacker set: I've got a dark teal spinel, a dark plum sapphire, and a apple green tourmaline that go very well together.

There was a sapphire and diamond DBTY necklace in the preloved section that KILLED me. I will need one of those as well.

- 5 stone band, ideally with same-size OEC stones but I'll settle for rbs. Maybe 1.25 tcw

- a single stone eternity that I LUST after- delicate bezeled rounds and french cuts with milgrain that alternate all the way around.

- Set my cushion "grape gatorade spinel" in rose gold with diamonds (bullet sides, Leon graduated french cuts or a cartier-inspired split shank)

- Set my oval lavender/pink spinel in platinum with diamonds (maybe a Leon 3-stone like Kismet's demantoid)

- Med-dark "jewel tone" stones (sapphire, tsav, and something fuchsia) to set in stackers- at least one in Sally's lotus setting

- Matching amethyst (my mom's birthstone) martini studs with 3pt jackets for both of us

- Sapphire, garnet, and peridot (SO's birthstone) studs to go with the jackets

- Diamond dangles to go with the studs

- Collect stackers to mix and match with my rings, meaning I'd have to have plain plat, channel set with round diamonds, milgrain channel set princess cut sapphires, engraved rose gold and an 18K band of bezeled rounds.


That should give me plenty to strive for over the next 20 or so years.

Hopefully I can cross a few off the list when I finish my PhD!

1) August vintage cushion (hopefully by the end of the year but who knows!)
2) Cartier rose gold love bracelet
3) Rolex rose gold and stainless steel watch
4) more Hermes bracelets (I have two, and I really love them)

Pretty simple for me. I'm a one set kind of girl. The engagement ring has been purchased. But I clearly still need an awesome wedding band!

I'd also like to get/upgrade:

A nice set of diamond earrings. I can't decide if I want studs or hoops or drops...
A diamond pendant of some kind. Not sure of design/style. I figure I'll decide when I can actually buy.
A right hand ring. I think I'd love a ruby of some sort to commemorate our July anniversary.
A nice watch.

Oh I have so many things I want

Engagement ring comes first though!

-Diamond earring jackets for my studs
-Colored stone studs that will also fit in the jackets
-Alternating pink sapphire and diamond band from BGD
-Pave wedding band to be stacked with my plain wedding band
-Diamond huggies
-Pearl strand necklace and bracelet
-a colored gemstone in a diamond halo setting for a RHR
-bezeled OEC studs
-My dream setting for my e-ring: Mark Morrell's Petite Torchiere (too expensive to get now)

And if I ever win the lottery: An AVC to be used as an alternate e-ring!

I don't want for much.. yet!

An engagement ring (if I ever choose one!) and a band for my left hand. I already have a ring on my right, but I wouldn't say no to another! I would also like a VERY fine gold necklace.. but cannot for the life of me choose the pendant.

Are we noticing a theme here? I think I take these kinds of things WAY too seriously!

If we are dreaming here, I would LOVE a honking great big diamond, with some kind of baguette situation. Bit warm in colour. Yellow gold setting.


Now I'm off to find the fabled Kismet's demontoid! Help a wookie out?
