JLO gives birth to twins this morning at 12:45am!

For those who don''t know, or even care...LOL. Just heard it on the radio...I believe they said one of each..a boy and a girl!

One time and done, one of each!

And I am 1000% sure she will have shifts of nannies and now baby nurses.

I know a wealthy couple who live in NYC who have twins. They have five nannies, two are on at a time, each working pair working 8 hours, and the 5th one is for the overnight hours. This mom NEVER gets up at night nor has she from the beginning. Not sure if she has a career. I sort of wonder when she IS with her kids. But for JLo I know with the type of schedule she has there is no way she will have a staff to help with these kids.

I am awaiting the names. Has that been released yet?

*Is also glad for first time that hubby, in some light, resembles Marc Antony.*

I will be more than happy to compare my twin situation w/ theirs. I''m SO sure that it''ll be similar.

Nah, she is just Jenny from the block.... she probably had no pain relief and just pushed the little one out before discharging herself early so she could get back to her apartment to look after the rest of her family.....

I hear ya, Tacori! I can''t imagine being a twin mommy.

Now JLo is in a different universe - I now feel bad for the team of nannies that need to look after twins!

DH was saying he felt bad for Nancy Grace b/c she had twins, working mom, etc...I reminded him she probably has at least ONE nanny/baby nurse to help her (if not more). Now my neighbor who just had twin boys (and a 3 year old boy) SHE is who I feel bad for!

But from the rumors it seemed JLO had a lot of trouble getting/staying pregnant so I am happy for her. I heard on the radio the bidding for their first photos is up to 6 mil!

If she gives it to a children''s charity I think it is great. It is on one hand publicizing it, but hey, they are stars, and their offspring is of great interest to us. And, since the photogs will be out in force anyway, might as well just say, OK, here it is, here is your chance. And put the money to good use. Remember the furor over Suri? They did not get any money for her session, though, but they really kept her under wraps for a good few months. Those babies just grow up with the click and flash as part of the background noise!

The arrival of J Lo and Mark''s twins have been the bright spot here on snowy Long Island for the past two days. The local papers are loving it! She gave birth in our #1 hospital on the top floor in the new VIM (Very Important Mommies) suite. I''ll find out more on Monday when I go to my doctor''s. His office is right around the corner from the hospital.

J Lo and Mark live on a beautiful estate just a few towns over from where I live. The word is she''s going to take a year off to live a normal life and take care of her babies. Maybe I''ll see her shopping around town with a twin stroller. She''s got to get out of the house sometime.

Ha sanyone heard if she has a C-section of a V-birth? Just curious... twins and all. I love J-Lo, I love her dancing and her big rocks and her big hair and her big attitude. Glad she got the babies she yearned for!

I don''t know if anyone knows this, I did try to look this up earlier but I couldn''t find it anywhere. Does anyone know how many weeks she was when she delivered. I was just wondering how many weeks gestation age they were at birth.

I couldn''t find any info on the births (C-section or V-birth) in anything I read BUT, she did give birth at midnight and that kinda'' leads me to believe that she went natural. I doubt that they would have scheduled her C-section for midnight or maybe they did. It just doesn''t seem likely. The newspapers did talk about J Lo having a few false alarms bouts of labor since January, that also makes me think she went natural.

gem, she still could of had a c-sec if she wasn''t progressing. I think it is pretty rare that twin mommies have VB. Hopefully Dani can weigh in.

DF, you are 100% right. If they sell their photos and give it to ANY charity that would be a good thing!

just read on the purse forum that she was scheduled to have a c-section today but that she went into labour last night and had an emergency c-section then. Not sure if it''s 100% true though.
