Wow Chrono, with that rock on your finger even the most cloudy, dreary days will melt away in the glow of that beauty.

Congrats!!

Thanks everyone: Gypsy, LS, RainyDaze, Sonoma and Coatimundi. I hope I'll love it just as much in person or more. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it'll look better than the picture.

LS, according to Jeff, it should be arriving sometime late next week.

CMW, receiving a compliment like that from a coloured gem connoissuer like you means a lot to me. Thank you.

Delicious. That looks like it would melt in your mouth. I''m discovering that my favorite gems are those with the color of Life Savers and Jolly Ranchers!

Pieface wins the last question. This stone is 5.03 carats measuring 9.6 mm. It is a medium light yellowish orange (yO4/6) for those who are familiar with the GIA colour grading. Eye clean from Tanzania. The stone was estimated to cut anywhere from 3 to 5 carats but Jeff thought it''ll most likely be around 4 carats. It could either be a round or a square cushion. Naturally, I picked a square cushion...

He shoots! He scores! *Crowd roars*

The stone is going to be magic Chrono. Please, Please, Please give us a photo shoot when you get the rock in hand. You have just had more or less the exact stone I want cut so I''m both

I think yellow gold is the go for these orange spess'' but I have an olive complexion so that may influence my thoughts there. I think the smooth lines of a sholdt semi-bezel solitaire style could show the stone off nicely with a good modicum of protection without getting too heavy looking. I wouldn''t be looking to add other stones into the mix. My own preferences of course
