On our local Radio Station they just announced that today is National Decide to be Married Day. Never heard anything about it before...but I found out that it''s Inspired by the poem Decided to Be Married.

Er, I don''t think this is a good idea for a holiday. If today and ONLY today is "decide to be married day" and the person you want to "decide" just isn''t feeling it today, you have to wait a whole 365 days to see if that person has changed his/her mind!

Good point! But what is it they say that a woman is only supposed to propose to a man on February 29th?

I want to know when they are going to make a "eat cupcakes and cake completely guilt free" day.

Actually, I did decide to be married. We BOTH did. And yet, we''re still not allowed to get married. Fantastic.

I swear if I had heard this on the radio randomly I would have started bawling.
