Suspicious activity indeed...it turns out I missed how he took a ring a wear nearly every day, for sizing, and I never noticed!
This Sunday I woke up thinking it was nice we were going to Brunch and the park, but it was high time I stop getting my hopes up to be disappointed...so I wasn''t even thinking he was up to something. Even though it was chilly and windy, he insisted that we should go walking in the park. We went by a duck pond that we had hung out at in the past. I was blathering on about random stuff, when he said, "why don''t you have a seat" I did, and that''s when it started to dawn on me, he looked so nervous! The next thing I knew, he was down on one knee pulling a box out of his pocket and asking me to marry him. There was much hugging and kissing.
I can''t figure out the photo posting, but I did manage to get one set as my avatar.
It is a leon-inspired 5 stone ring with a cushion cut diamond and halfmoon sapphires.
I guess I won''t have to worry about what to call him over the holidays! Mr. Wonderful works well for me!
Though I haven''t been much of a poster, I''ve been a huge lurker and have really appreciated the kind women on this board. I can''t wait to read about your happy beginnings too.
