Kitchen ranges

I''m in the process of renovating an old house and will be putting in a totally new kitchen. Does anyone have a Wolf or Viking dual fuel range? Any reviews?

Nobody owns a pro style range? Wolf, Viking, Five Star, Thermador, DSC, other? Anyone? I guess everyone''s spent all their money on diamonds and not on kitchen appliances.

Well I do have a 5 burner Viking gas cooktop that we put in during our recent kitchen remodel and we love it!!! We also have a DCS built-in outdoor grill that has served us well for nine years.

In both of my parents' houses there are thermador gas ranges with a grill. Can't give you an exact model name/#, except it looks like what you posted above, except my mom's doesnt have the oven attached, I think my dad's does though...Anyway, they love them. They're definitely nicer to cook on than anything I've used in apartments, that's for sure!

My Mom has the Thermador--likes it very well. Myself, I have a Bosch and I love it.

My husband and I are moving in to a new home on May 12 and are having a 48 inch Viking dual fuel range with 4 burne,r grill and griddle installed. We are also installing a fulloutdoor kitchen with exclusive use of Viking equipment. Since we are not in yet I can''t tell of my personal experince, but can speak for my parents. They have afull Viking outdoor kitchen and LOVE it. We are a family of chefs and own several restuarants owe know good equipment. My dad is thrilled with the BTU''s on the equipment and I can''t wait to experience it first hand for myself. Good luck making your decsion. It is killing me to see mine sitting in the middle of my new dream kitchen uninstalled

Has she had any trouble with the oven doors on the Viking? I''ve read a few negative reviews about the doors and the service response to the problems.

She just has the fuel range-top. Her oven is a double Thermador oven, so I''m afraid that I can''t help you with that aspect of the Viking. Does anyone else have and use one?
