LA- FI Wedding band

I need to buy my fiance''s ring. Any suggestions where we should go? We may order the ring online, but want to go try rings on, and wouldnt mind buying from a B&M. Any suggestions where to go in LA? Anywhere from Pasadena to Soiuth Bay....

OHHHH, and all he wants is a simple platinum band.

My FAVORITE FAVORITE place... it seems a little weird at first but the people are so dedicated to jewelry and your satisfaction. Bracken Jewelers on Thurd Street Promenade (Santa Monica) right next to Kaizen (the sushi go round place) near Santa Monica Place Mall. The jeweler can also make ANYTHING, and make it beautiful, resilient and just wonderful. Tell them Joanne and Tim sent you!

I looked at places in Westwood: Michael K''s, Sarah Leonard, Shane''s, gosh I can''t even remember all of them that I stopped in! I really liked Michael K''s, where I got my band, but we got FI''s band at a place in Torrance, who''s name I don''t even know.

Seymour Jeweler is hermosa beach is pretty great. We ordered hubby''s rings through signed pieces and that was great too- We ordered several styles and were able to return the ones he didn''t like. And their prices were the best~ Isaak there is the best~

23rd St Jewlers on Wilshire is a nice place... Not sure about their selection of mens bands, but I bet it's nice. We didn't use them, but I did like them. They also have a store in Manhattan beach by the same name...

Their is also a nice store called 14 Karat on the other side of Beverly... Nice place.

(The person we used will only do bands if you got the e-ring from them.)


(Not to hijak a thread... but it is LA related -- Snow Happy, since you're on here - I'd PM you but I can't figure out how anymore. Anyway, we ended up going with Kasey as a photographer for our elopement this past weekend. I loved her!!! She was just awesome. She sent me a few digitals. She is sooo talented. I cannot wait to see the rest of the pictures! You are going to be so happy with her too! When is your wedding?

we ended up going to robbins bros 'cause it was just up the street and easy (we definitely didn't want to buy from there). i kinda knew what i wanted (plain plat), but FI had no idea. he tried on a ton, in different metals. he now knows what he wants (plain plat comfort fit), and we're gonna order thru eweddingbands.com
