Thank you! It’s a blue tourmaline and described to be neon when I bought it. It isn’t actually neon but does have some neon flashes maybe. It’s one of my favs too. A bit more details here:

It’s not like I buy rings all the time but it so happened that my regular jeweller have new ring settings from his casings supplier and if the (loose) gem fits... So that’s 4 of them along with 2 preloved and another that I bought ready made online. And that makes 7 rings that I set, received...

...and I have just the watch! Actually, I don't "have it" have it. I know it looks super-expensive but it's under half-a-million so there's that. And it's all sapphires. Looks like meteorite sub-dials so they are cutting corners there...



I usually do not love gem rainbows but this one seems to work. Maybe it helps that there is no red (at 12:00)? I guess no one could find any red sapphires.

There is a bit of a color gap at 7:30 that is starting to bug me so I may need to "restring" it.

There was a 2018 version in rose gold - more red, and even coloured numerals!

I think we were at Orange, so Yellow is next. Here is a very pale yellow Siberian nephrite from Lake Baikal, with green nephrite. I don’t think i will be buying any more Siberian gems.

I have a malachite heart pendent and some bead earrings i want to incorporate into a pearl necklace, i just fancied a couple of extra pops of green
ill probably put these ones at the back by the clasp or make a necklace extender/ counterweignt for it

Its not an immediate project, it was just i could get the malachite when i got the Whitby jet (also on the small size)

Same ring, very hard to photograph. It goes almost neon in some lights. It is supposed to be imperial green jadeite.

Another way too dark saphire & good candidate for when i start buying loose stones
Not too upset over this one (well only a little bit) because i got it on clearance (sigh down the mall)
of course i have to learn how to drive my calipers first
Because life is a journey with the occasional wrong turn ....
left them on so they went flat so used manually - only looked at stupid idiotic inches side not millimeter side but that's a story for a 'yellow post'

@Nick_G I love that you've been including crystals. That spinel has some super fine coloration.
