No worries! According to BGD’s website, it is 2 mm thick. I have not independently measured with calipers but that seems right.

It's just this BGD setting with no modifications from me: https://www.briangavindiamonds.com/...sic-style-half-round-18k-yellow-gold-5478y18- I didn't make any modifications because I wanted to receive it ASAP and originally was thinking I would reset eventually so didn't want to spend extra money (but now who knows because I really do love the way it looks).

But I love how it's done and I do think the setting makes the diamond pop. It could just be because the gold is blending into my skin bc I have a tan right now. We will see how it looks come winter .
