Ling''s in Oakland? Custom Chinese dress

Not engaged, not planning a a wedding...

Just curious if anyone has worked with Ling''s in Oakland for cheong sam or qi pao?

Based on Yelp reviews and one awesome professional shot of a back of a dress they made, the materials look great!

If you''ve dealt with them or have pictures to share of their work, I''d love to see!

I visited on Sunday, actually. I''m still debating on whether to have my dress made there since it''s pretty expensive.

wow! well, i wonder if it''s a good deal if their craftsmanship is great, and if it saves the plane ticket to Shanghai (i heard their tailors are trained from Shanghai).

would love to hear what your other options were!
