I have found that while looking at the vendor list, it would be really helpful to me as I am not familiar with all vendors, to add to each name and description whether they are located in the U.S. or international. I found this out the hard way when purchasing from an overseas vendor. Everything went well but I don't care to have to deal with all of the expense of international shipping and tariffs again. I am disappointed now each time I see something I like but then realize it is on an international website. Just my thoughts and wondering if anyone else has ever felt this way.

No, as import nearly all my jewellery as local UK prices and choices are very poor compare to what other countries have to offer.

Besides, I would normally check the vendor and an item's locations before I make a purchase.

DK :))

More details (of any kind) wouldn't hurt, but would make scrolling through an already-long list more cumbersome and overwhelming. Something like a spreadsheet might work for allowing users to pick a vendor based on various parameters, but it would be quite a bit of work to decide what details to include and to put it together.

To my understanding, the CS vendor list is meant as a quickie reference list, and checking out any vendor's location as well as customer service policies is the responsibility of the potential purchaser.

If you prefer to avoid international sites, then immediately check for that whenever you open a new site. If it is not easy to find that info, that may be a good reason for you to avoid that vendor.

Personally I am not disappointed when I visit a site that I end up deciding I won't buy from ... for me, a no-return policy is a no-go ... but I do believe it's on me to determine whether an online company is acceptable to my parameters.

Where do I find the vendor list?

Look at top of page - its a stickied thread.

Thank you! Is the list old, like 2015?
