Hi Ladies!

I''m just wondering how you''re doing with your planning? What have you done and what do you have left to do?

Hey Zoe! Right now I''ve got a couple things I''m working on, mainly finding shoes so that I can start the alterations process. We''re trying to get a lot of guest list stuff done, but we need FI''s parent''s help, and they are SLOW! We''re trying to figure out how many guests will be coming from out of town so we can get the hotel rooms blocked, and as soon as that is done I''ll hopefully send out my save the dates. Then the next thing I''ll probably do is officially order the invitations.

The other thing we''re in the middle of is trying to narrow down where we want to go on for the honeymoon and book that.

How are your plans going?

Sounds like you''re on a roll! Let''s see, last weekend, we met with the caterer for our RD. He fed us really yummy BBQ while we were there, so that was a nice surprise. We talked about the food we want at the RD. We also took a trip to the hotel we''ve booked and we got to see one of the rooms in the building we''ve reserved. Other than that, tomorrow we''re planning on choosing a few songs we want played at the wedding. Other than a few jazz standards, Van Morrison''s "Someone Like You" and Pachabel''s Canon in D, we''re not sure what we want to hear. We''re waiting to hear from our travel agent to see how far she''s gotten in planning our honeymoon to the Azores. Next up, taking a look at the guest list and working with the invitation designer to, well, design the invitations. She did our save the dates too, so we may just use the same lighthouse image on the invitations. I picked up my dress, veil, and wrap the other day, and I need to find a seamstress to do the alterations. I need to find shoes but I haven''t found any that I like yet.

Wow, it sounds like you''re really making progress too! And it seems like we have very similar taste in music...we''re having jazz standards, and our song is actutally "Someone Like You"!
